1)FOOD SERVED COLD. OBSERVED FOOD SERVED TODAY DIRECTLY FROM COOKING EQUIPMENT TO STYROFOAM CONTAINERS. ACCORDING TO CARRIE, SOMETIMES FOOD IS COOLED AND REHEATED FOR SERVICE IN THE MICROWAVE THE FOLLOWING DAY. THIS FOOD IS STILL FOOD SAFE, BUT IS REHEATED AND SERVED IMMEDIATELY. 2)SINGLE USE WATER BOTTLES REUSED. OBSERVED ALL DONATED BEVERAGES WITH FACTORY SEALS INTACT. TAP WATER CAN BE SERVED, BUT ONLY INTO AN UNUSED SINGLE SERVICE ARTICLE OR CLEAN REUSABLE ITEM. NO ADDITIONAL FOLLOW UP IS REQUIRED FOR THESE ITEMS. |
